P-39 Polymer II™ Paint Sealant
Before Application For best results pre-clean the painted surface with Duz-All® or Clear Cut™ to remove surface contaminants and other imperfections before applying P-39 Polymer II™ Paint Sealant. To ensure that Polymer II™ Paint Sealant bonds completely to the surface, wipe the entire area down with a solvent based cleaner to remove any previously applied wax, silicones or buffing residue. Hand Use Pour Polymer II™ Paint Sealant onto a terry cloth or applicator pad. Spread the paint sealant evenly on the surface will working in small sections. We recommend doing quarter sections of the vehicle at a time. Apply the paint sealant using a circular motion. Let the product dry to a haze, this usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes, then wipe off with a Pro® Microfiber Towel. Polish by hand to a high gloss finish and be sure to turn cloth while wiping down. Orbital/DA Use Pour Polymer II™ Paint Sealant onto a clean bonnet or pad. Place the orbital/DA onto the surface and spread the paint sealant evenly on the surface. Work in quarter sections at a time as recommend in hand use application. Once the paint sealant has been applied evenly to all painted surfaces allow the product to dry to a haze (about 5 to 10 minutes), then use a second clean bonnet to remove the product. Wipe of any remaining residue with a Pro® Microfiber Towel. Curing The amino functional resins will continue to harden and cure for the next 48 hours. Allow the finish to set for at least 4 hours before exposure to moisture or any other elements. |
