Professionalcarcare.com and it\'s owner Car Dealer Supply, INC explicitly disclaims any warranty of merchantability and any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of the products sold by seller. Professionalcarcare.com and it\'s owner Car Dealer Supply, INC makes no warranty, expressed or implied, nor accepts consequential damages beyond purchase price because we cannot control user\'s handling, or end use. We specifically reserves the right at all times to choose our customers, to accept or refuse any order, and to change our prices and policies without notice. We also reserve the right to change these Terms and Condition without notice.

Payment, Prices and Sale Tax Information

Professionalcarcare.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Sales tax will be automatically be added to the total price of the order by our shopping cart depending upon where the recipient lives. Professionalcarcare.com will collect sales tax on all orders originating from the state of Utah. All prices are valid only when ordering from the continental United States. All orders and shipments in Alaska and Hawaii will be subject to additional charges due to an increase in shipping fees. We reserve the right to lower or increase our prices and shipping fees without notice.

Notice: Ordering online with Professionalcarcare.com is absolutely secure. To safeguard your credit card information, Professionalcarcare.com utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layers), the most advanced online ordering security system available. SSL encrypts all ordering information so that no part of your order (including your name, address, and credit card number) can be read in transit by some third party. Consequently, your credit card number is safer when you order online through SSL than when you make a credit card purchase in a restaurant or a store.

Shipping & handling

All orders are shipped via UPS ground by our owner and product supplier, Car Dealer Supply, INC. All orders will be shipped from our store front in Salt Lake City, Utah. All shipping rates are calculated in REAL TIME and are based upon the total weight of the items in the shopping cart at time of checkout. Shipping rates may change without notification. We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. UPS CAN NOT ship to a P.O box; we need a residential or a business address. We ship 5 days a week Monday-Friday, excluding state and national holidays. We provide Same Day Shipping on all orders received before 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, Otherwise all other orders received after 1:00 PM are shipped the next business day. Orders received on weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. Please allow orders 7-14 business days to reach buyer depending on buyers location.

Notice: Due to the combustible classification rating on most PRO® Products, all direct-shipped items purchased online from Professionalcarcare.com and Car Dealer Supply, INC can only be delivered via ground service. There are no air shipments available due to more restrictive D.O.T. classifications on air shipments.

Products and Product Availability

All products offered by Professionalcarcare.com are provided by Car Dealer Supply, INC. We proudly feature PRO® Products and other fine automotive detail products. Orders received for products that are currently out of stock will be shipped when products become available. This is usually 5 business days from the date the order originated. Customers will be notified if this event occurs. We reserve the right to add or remove products without notice. 100%


Professionalcarcare.com and it\'s owner Car Dealer Supply, INC believes in the products that we offer. If the buyer become dissatisfied with items ordered, we offer a 30-day risk free 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will issue a return authrization and refund the buyers money for the price of the product. This only applies if the items is returned to us in a re-saleable condition.


All returned products must be in a new, re-saleable and original condition. Returned products that has been noticeably used and or it is not in a re-saleable condition, refunds will not be issued and the product will be kept at the buyers expense. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. Returns must be approved by our sales department before return shipment. We will not accept returns that have not be approved. Please contact our sales department at orders@professionalcarcare.com for return approval. Returns will not be approved 30 days after the order originated.
